Walks never store a route.
A start, an end, a distance and a moving time. No coordinates, and no column that could hold one.
- Your data
- It belongs to your household. We don't sell it or use it for anything but the app.
- Signing in
- A one-time code by email. No password to store or guess.
- What we store
- Your pet's profile and look, routines, care logs, walk times, your notes, push settings and subscription status.
- Invite codes
- Kept only as a hash, never the code itself.
- Location
- Only for Premium walk distance, “While Using”. One point in memory, never sent to us.
- Analytics
- IDs, categories and counts only. Never names, notes, photos or emails. You can turn it off.
- Notifications
- Sent through Apple's push service; household updates arrive silently.
- Walkers and sitters
- Only their pets, for their time, plus the last 24 hours of logs.
- Leaving
- Deleting your account removes your login and devices. Shared logs stay, without your name.
- Health notes
- Plain words, never a diagnosis. If you're worried, call your vet.
